Mr. Okamura’s practice focuses on the areas of Business Law, Elder Law, and Civil Litigation.

Mr. Okamura represents a wide range of clients, including individuals, corporations, banks, partnerships, and nonprofits. 

Mr. Okamura handles cases involving probate litigation, guardianship, conservatorship, partnership and corporate disputes, business and commercial disputes, litigation in the U.S. Tax Court and Oregon Tax Court, and family law litigation, from drafting initial pleadings, through taking depositions and managing discovery, to resolving the matter by arguing dispositive motions, negotiating settlement, and securing victory in court.  Mr. Okamura also counsels clients on issues relating to strategic planning, statutory and regulatory compliance, and judicial review of administrative decisions.
